A key factor to operating in any developing environment is being prepared to face the unique challenges and difficulties. Also the skill levels of local staff employed in developing environments varies dramatically. Napier Training Staff are able to establish a pre-deployment training package with covers a number of key areas such as First Aid. Once deployed International and Local staff are able to be trained in country as required.
